At Titan Tees, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Broken Tee Base Replacement Policy

If you accidentally break the base of your tee holder during normal use (we know sometimes you Swing Low!), we’ll replace it—no problem. Just email us, pay $3.50 for shipping and packaging, and we’ll send you a free replacement. Simple as that.

 

Golf Net Usage Disclaimer

Our golf net is designed specifically for use with foam or wiffle-style practice balls. While it may be possible to use real golf balls by reinforcing the target area (at your own discretion), Titan Tees is not responsible for any damage resulting from such use. Use of real balls is at your own risk.

 

General Warranty & Returns

Our products are crafted to help you improve your game—not stress over returns. If there's a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can make it right. We may ask for photos or brief details to better assist you.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for wear-and-tear or improper use.

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise stated.
